§ A170-1 Permit Fees
New construction
One and two-family dwellings:
(1) One and two-family homes including accessory structures constructed contemporaneously:
(a) First 1,500 square feet of area $200
(b) Each additional 1,000 square feet of area or fraction thereof $100
(2) Siting of mobile home in an authorized park $150
(3) Siting of mobile home outside of an authorized park $200
Multiple dwellings including accessory structures constructed contemporaneously each 1,000 square feet of area or fraction thereof: $200
Pools and Hot Tubs:
(1) Swimming pools and hot tubs $50
(2) Above ground Swimming pool with deck $100
Garages and other miscellaneous not constructed contemporaneously with the construction of a dwelling:
Each 1,000 square foot of area or fraction thereof $100
Sheds or other miscellaneous storage structures under 500 square feet: $25
Commercial building construction:
(1) Each 1,000 square foot of area or fraction thereof for occupied structures: $200
(2) Each 1,000 square foot of area or fraction thereof for unoccupied structures: $100
