The Town of Coeymans Court is responsible for adjudicating matters involving traffic infractions, criminal citations, civil suits, local law code violations and small claims actions occurring in the Town of Coeymans.
The Court has two Town Justices with rotating presiding sessions; the Honorable Thomas M. Frese, whose current term expires December 31, 2025 and, the Honorable Linda T. Eissing, whose current term expires December 31, 2026.
Regular Court Session Thursday mornings at 9:00 a.m.
Criminal Court Session: THIRD Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m.
