GREGORY KEYSER, age 33- Amsterdam, NY

Domestic Incident- Parkside Manor Trailer Park
Officer were called to an active physical Domestic Incident wherein the female sustained injuries. The male suspect had fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival and two children were present in the house during the incident. Coeymans Officers were able to locate the male and place him in custody. He was charged with Obstruction of Breathing, Criminal Mischief 3rd degree, Harassment 2nd, 2 count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
KEYSER was Arraigned in Coeymans Town Court and released with an Electronic Monitoring Device
JADAYA THOMAS, age 23- Albany, NY

Traffic stop- Uber driver-
Issued- DWIA , along with multiple VTL Citations
Appearance ticket to return to Coeymans Town Court on a later date.
MATTHEW LOUCKS, age 35 -Ravena, NY
In connection to a DWI arrest of TARA DROBNER on January 11, 2026 and violations of Leandra’s Law, LOUCKS allowed his three children to enter the vehicle and accept a ride from a party that had been drinking along with not securing them inside the vehicle with safety restraints. This included holding a two-year-old on his lap while riding in the front passenger seat of the vehicle and also having an open alcoholic container as well.
LOUCKS was charged with 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, having an Open Container of Alcohol in the vehicle and no restraints for the child.
He was processed and issued an Appearance ticket to return to Coeymans Town Court on a later date
DANIEL MURPHY, age 45- Ravena, NY

MURPHY was wanted for Bail Jumping and has four other outstanding warrants with other jurisdictions
He was arraigned in Town of Coeymans Court- Remanded in Albany County Jail pending further court action.
