PUBLIC NOTICE: Completion of Tentative Assessment Roll and Hearing of Complaints

NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
AND HEARING OF COMPLAINTS
(PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 506 AND 526 OF THE REAL PROPERTY TAX LAW)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assessor for the Town Coeymans, Albany County, New York, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and a copy thereof has been filed with Town Clerk, where it may be seen and examined by any person interested therein until the fourth Tuesday in May.
The assessor will be in attendance with the roll at the Town of Coeymans located at 2524 U.S. Route 9W Ravena NY on:

                Thursday May 7^th- 9:00am – 1:00pm

    Monday May 11^th- -4:00pm – 8:00pm by appointment

                Thursday May 14^th 9:00am – 1:00pm                                                                                               

                Saturday May 16^th 9:00am – 1:00pm by appointment

The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Tuesday, May 26^th, 2026 between the hours of 4:00pm to 8:00pm, at 2524 Us Rte. 9W, Ravena, (to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.  A publication containing procedures for contesting an assessment is available on the State of New York Office of Real Property Services website, www.orps.state.ny.us
