PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Coeymans will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of hearing comments on the proposed Sewer Rates for 2026. The Public Hearing will be held at 6:00pm on December 11, 2025 at Coeymans Town Hall, 18 Russell Avenue, Ravena, New York.

Stone House Hill Sewer Rates 2026:
Per Unit Per Year- Four Hundred Seventy dollars and zero cents ($470.00)
January-June Payment- Two hundred thirty-five dollars and zero cents ($235.00)
July-December Payment- Two hundred thirty-five dollars and zero cents ($235.00)

Town of Coeymans Sewer Rates 2026:
Per Unit Per Year- Five Hundred twenty dollars and fifty-two cents ($520.52)
January-June Payment- Two hundred sixty dollars and twenty-six cents ($260.26)
July-December Payment- Two hundred sixty dollars and twenty-six cents ($260.26)

Vacant Parcels will remain at a yearly change of $100 which will be divvied into 2 bills of $50 each.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all interested parties will be heard at this time and place. Proposed sewer rates are available above and at the Office of the Coeymans Town Clerk.
