Request for Proposals
The Town of Coeymans is seeking bids for cleaning services for Town Hall.
Duties include:
- All offices including the courtroom and police station will be vacuumed.
- Carpets are to be steam cleaned once a month.
- All hard floors are to be swept and mopped.
- All trash is to be removed and boxes broken down.
- High and low dusting of all surfaces, windowsills, etc.
- Clean all counters, desks, and table tops.
- Clean all glass windows and doors (including handles).
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly, paper products replenished, floors swept and mopped.
Cleaning supplies will also be provided by the Town.
