NOTICE – TOWN OF COEYMANS OFFICES CLOSURE

Pursuant to the State Disaster Emergency declared by the Governor of the State of New York in response to the anticipated nor’easter and hazardous winter conditions, all Town of Coeymans offices will be closed on Monday, February 23, 2026, until further notice.

Town of Coeymans has made this decision to protect the safety of residents, employees, and emergency responders, and to ensure continuity of essential services during the declared emergency.

Residents should be aware that no in-person services will be available at Town Hall while offices are closed, essential and emergency operations will continue as required, and updates regarding reopening will be posted as more information becomes available.

Residents are urged to limit travel, follow all State and local emergency directives, and prioritize personal safety.

The Town extends its sincere thanks to the Highway Department, Police, Fire and EMS personnel, emergency management officials, and utility crews who are working under difficult conditions to keep residents safe and critical services operating.
