NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF
2026 TAX ROLL AND WARRANT

TAKE NOTICE, that I, Candace McHugh, the undersigned Tax Collector of the Town of Coeymans, Albany County, State of New York, having received the Tax Roll & Warrant for the year 2026, will receive taxes, without penalty, at the Coeymans Town Hall, 2524 U.S. Route 9W, Ravena, NY from January 1, 2026, through February 2, 2026, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, excluding holidays. An after-hours drop box is available near the entrance for after-hours payments. Please be advised any payment dropped after hours will be marked received the next business day. Taxes can also be paid in-person at The Bank of Greene County at 2494 US 9W, Ravena, NY during their regular business hours.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that beginning February 3, 2026 through March 3, 2026, taxes will be collected with a 1 percent (1%) penalty during those same hours and beginning March 3, 2026 through March 31, 2026, taxes will be collected with a 2 percent (2%) penalty during the same hours.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that pursuant to the provision of the law, on April 1, 2026, the tax roll along with all unpaid taxes are returned to the Treasurer of the County of Albany.
