PUBLIC HEARING: Coeymans Hollow Fire District #3 2026 Budget Hearing 10/15/25

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Proposed 2026 Budget of the Coeymans Hollow Fire District #3 of the Town of Coeymans, State of New York, will be presented to the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Coeymans Hollow Fires District #3, for its consideration.

A PUBLIC HEARING will be held at 6:30p.m. at the Coeymans Hollow Fire Company, 1290 State Route 143, Coeymans Hollow, NY 12046, in the town of Coeymans, State of New York on the 15th day of October 2025.

Pursuant to Town Law Section 181.3(a), the Board of Fire Commissioners must hold a public hearing on the budget, make the proposed budget available to the public prior to the public hearing, allow the public to comment of the budget at the public hearing. this public hearing must be held to allow maximum public participation in the hearing

The Purpose of this public hearing is to allow any person to be heard in favor of or against the proposed budget as it is submitted, or for or against any items or items contained in the proposed budget, and hearing all persons interested in the subject concerning the same.

A copy of the proposed budget will be made available at the Office of the Clerk of the Town of Coeymans at 18 Russell Ave, Ravena, NY 12143, as well as from the fire district secretary at 1290 State Route 143, Coeymans Hollow, NY 12046 where it may be inspected by any interested person upon request via email: [email protected].
