Welcome to the Town of Coeymans Revaluation Project .  In keeping with our policy of open government, the town board has funded this project to assist property owners in obtaining current assessment and inventory information, as well as assessment and inventory information after the 2007 Revaluation Project is completed.  It is the town’s belief that in making this information available, property owners will have a better understanding as to the purpose of a revaluation project and the importance of equity within the assessment roll.
