The APA is
developing a park around the historic 94’ chimney at the site of the
former Valley Paper Mill at the intersection of State Route 143 with
County Route 111, and has also undertaken restoration of the landmark
iron fencing surrounding the Alcove Cemetery on Route 111. APA appreciates donations to the cemetery fence restoration
fund, particularly from the families of persons buried there.
